"We were excited to offer Sunny Day Fund to our employees because we have such a diverse group of individuals that work here, some of whom are very young, and they're definitely not thinking of retirement; they're thinking of the day-to-day expenses. And when this was presented to us, I thought that it would be a great opportunity for our employees, for all employees for that matter, to have an emergency fund."
