about us

At Sunny Day Fund, we know that financial well-being starts with emergency savings

The employee-employer relationship, at its core, is a financial one. We believe that employers have a responsibility when it comes to their employees’ financial security, and that they should be proud to have a role in it. But for too long now, businesses have been sold a problem — and not a real solution.

Sunny Day Fund has been designed to enable employers to create a genuine change in their workplace, take care of their employees and build resilience in their workforce. It’s a simple-to-implement, cost-effective solution that’s already changing lives — and benefiting businesses too. Employers that offer workplace emergency savings see higher staff retention and increased productivity.

And that's what our numbers show. Our data tells the story of everyday lives, and the difference we can make. We believe that the journey to happiness can be measured in the impact we can have on peoples’ financial security. In our world, peace-of-mind is quantifiable. The freedom to focus on what matters the most has a figure. And emergency savings, for as many people as possible, is where we start.
